Bespoke Cocktail Design for an Immersive Corporate Event

The QEII Centre Summer Showcase brought together around 250 event professionals, agencies and corporate clients for an evening of inspiration, networking and immersive event experiences. We were delighted to partner with the venue to design and deliver two completely bespoke cocktail bars, each created to complement a different themed space.

Working alongside the event team, we developed a unique cocktail concept for both the 80s-inspired and Futuristic rooms, ensuring every drink became part of the guest experience rather than simply being served at the bar.

Designing the Cocktail Menus

Our brief was to create drinks that reflected the personality of each room while remaining approachable, memorable and visually engaging.

For the showcase, we designed six bespoke drinks in total, with each bar featuring two signature cocktails and one mocktail.

The 80s menu celebrated bold colours, playful presentation and nostalgic flavours inspired by one of the most iconic decades in pop culture. The futuristic bar offered a completely different experience, featuring modern presentation, creative garnishes and contemporary flavour combinations that reflected the sleek, forward-thinking design of the space.

Event Delivery

With approximately 250 guests attending throughout the evening, our experienced mixologists operated two fully themed cocktail bars, delivering a seamless service from start to finish. From the initial menu development and preparation through to on-site setup and live cocktail service, every detail was carefully planned to ensure guests enjoyed premium quality drinks while moving effortlessly through the two immersive spaces.

The result was an engaging cocktail experience that encouraged conversation, complemented the event design and demonstrated how bespoke drinks can become a memorable part of any corporate event.
